This course will deliver all images via MacMinis using Osirix software to replicate the RCR exam. This will help candidates become familiar with the format which will be used in the examination.
This course aims to prepare candidates for the Rapid Reporting section of the FRCR 2B examination by improving speed and technique via practice on exam quality images.
This course may also include a section on long cases.
Each day will consist of seven examination and answer review sessions, to include handy hints and technique advice. Tutorials will be given during the day on Chest X-ray, Abdominal X-ray, Paediatric X-ray and Musculoskeletal X-ray interpretation for the rapid reporting examination.
A comprehensive handout will be provided to all delegates.
Answer sheets and marking scheme will be provided in accordance with the Royal College of Radiologists. Selected mock examinations throughout the day will be marked by the course organisers.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
